Each class or month has a theme, allowing us to embody the teachings of the yoga tradition in our practice and in everyday life - that's the purpose of them.

Depending on the class, we might focus more and include different tools such as:

ASANA (hatha body postures) in dynamic movement (vinyasa) / PRANAYAMA (breath) / BREATH AWARENESS / DHYANA (meditation) / SOMATIC & FREE MOVEMENT / RELAXATION

My purpose is not only to teach an asana class - I’m constantly exploring the deepest ways of embodying the teachings through the practice. Sometimes, you might be invited to step out of your comfort zone. If you're willing to dive deep, join us.

Embodied Vinyasa

These classes focus on the body (āsana, movement, touch), breath and meditation to embody teachings from the yoga tradition.

Meditation
A gentle and guided space to explore your subtle body and deeper layers of yourself. Through different techniques, from breath awareness to visualization and mantra, you are supported in cultivating awareness and presence (inner and outer).

Āsana Prānāyāma Meditation
This longer classes give us time to explore more the body, breath and meditation, included in the same theme explored during the week.
