Mahā-Śivaratri is one of the most sacred nights in the yogic traditions, dedicated to Lord Śiva, the embodiment of Consciousness. Observed with devotion, fasting, meditation and chanting, it is moment for immersing in self-reflection and silence, connecting with the divine within.
Making use of this energy of this sacred night of Mahā-Śivaratri, let's meet for an evening of devotion.
This is an informal gathering to open the heart with power of:
chanting (kirtan),
meditation,
mantra japa,
poetry,
silence,
immersing ourselves in sound and stillness, allowing the vibrations to guide us inward, reconnecting with our nature.
Whether you are new to these practices or a seasoned practitioner, this evening offers a space to simply be, attuning to the energy of Śiva and the consciousness that resides within and around all of us.
