my name is Filipa, born and based in Portugal, seeker and devoted to the sacred tradition of yoga. Here you'll find my world of offerings - sometimes in English and sometimes in my mother tongue.
I've trained in yoga, but my greatest learning comes from exploring the teachings I receive, and that's what I share with you. Through a range of techniques we'll aim to connect with both our outer and inner experience, using body and mind through movement & āsana, breath (prānāyāma), meditation (dhyana), mantra, self-inquiry, and engagement with the philosophical and theoretical layers of the yoga.
